Wards Auto has awarded Ford Motor Company several honors over the past few weeks. Including the ten best engines win for the Ford F-150 with its 3.5L PowerBoost V6 hybrid engine and the Ford Mustang Mach-E with its electric powertrain. The Ford F-150 Limited also won Wards 10 Best interiors for 2021.
This is the F-150’s first win in this category since the 2015 King Ranch. Wards judges were impressed with the Limited’s luxurious cabin and its innovative features like the Interior Work Surface, Max Recline Seats, and Interior Work Surface. However, judges were impressed by more than just the modern tech and ease of use. They also appreciated other essential aspects, such as the 12-inch touchscreen with buttons and knobs. Judes noted that many modern vehicles have abandoned physical controls. Still, the ability to quickly change frequently-used functions such as temperature, fan speed, and volume “should be a template” for all vehicles.”
